We are dedicated to transforming structures and systems, eradicating disparities perpetuated by racial discrimination, and uplifting the voices and experiences of marginalized communities.

Our vision is to empower our leaders to rise to the challenges of our time by unlocking the transformative potential within each SEIU leader. We aim to build a resilient, inclusive movement focused on combating anti-blackness and advancing racial justice. Through collective action and bold leadership, we strive to create a just, equitable, and multi-racial society where every individual can thrive, free from the barriers of systemic racism.

THE BOLD DIFFERENCE
BOLD changed my life dramatically. It was the first time I actually felt seen and believed, the first time I felt that everything I've been looking at - as a human being, as a leader of color going through the institutional issues inside the union, inside this organization. I am part of the cohort 13. It was in 2017, and I graduated from it and from that moment, it completely changed my life.
