LEADERSHIP COACHING

The BOLD Center’s skilled leadership coaches work with high-potential leaders at many levels.  Specialized areas of support include public speaking and leadership presence skills. Our coaching is sustainability-centered and designed to support leadership growth long after the coaching engagement has completed. In addition, all of our coaching work is approached with an intersectional lens to include the full humanity of those coached across identity and experience.  This lens also integrates an understanding/acknowledgement of structural and anti-Black racism.

• Standard Leadership Coaching: This op on offers an individual leader the opportunity to work with a coach, typically for 24 sessions to identify, explore and support the leader’s development goals.

• ​Public Presence Coaching: This coaching engagement focuses on working with an SEIU leader to increase their comfort and confidence in how they show up as a leader and how they can enhance their oral and written communication skills.
