ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING

The BOLD Center’s Organizational Development Consulting takes a systemic approach to support SEIU Locals and IU Departments in strengthening their effectiveness. This consulting supports development at all levels – individual, team, organization, and outside stakeholders – with strategic attention to the interaction among each. For example, we may offer coaching to leaders, team building to teams, or organization-wide assessments to locals and IU departments in order to determine key opportunities for development and  entry points for support. Support is provided via consultation and facilitation with locals, IU departments, and IU divisions in the following areas: organizational and/or culture assessment, culture change, change management, vision and strategic planning, team dynamics and development, manager/staff development, executive board development, succession planning, and conflict resolution.
