She/Her

I am a creator, connecter, listener, and storyteller deeply committed to designing learning experiences that strengthen human connection and understanding. For as long as I can remember, my superpower has been bringing people together, which has evolved into a professional expertise at group facilitation – whether the focus is brainstorming or conflict resolution, or anything else in between – and group learning. I ask critical questions and then listen — truly listen — so that I can create programs that meet groups where they are and respond directly to where they want and need to go. I am currently working as an ACT consultant with SEIU’s Public Services Division, co-designing curriculum for employee antiracist education, as well as guiding the division through a process of transformational change that includes reviewing policies and practices through a racial justice lens. I think SEIU’s goal to become an antiracist organization is audacious and inspiring, and I am so grateful to be part of this effort.
