Lisa Silverberg
She/They
Lisa Silverberg is an OD Consultant, facilitator and coach who brings passion and experience to her work with labor and labor-adjacent organizations advocating for economic, social and racial justice. Lisa has worked with local unions, state councils, and international union departments and executive boards. Technically, Lisa brings skills in capacity building, leadership development, planning, facilitation and coaching; personally she brings contagious optimism, steadfast commitment, heartfelt honesty and abundant humor--not always in that order! Lisa, who is a graduate of Georgetown University’s OD Consulting and Change Leadership program, is in her 7th year co-teaching “Essential Facilitation Skills” and is currently Assistant Director of the OD certificate program. Lisa’s initial training as a coach was with the CTI, and then she re-trained with Doug Silsbee, founder of Presence-Based Coaching. A perennial learner, Lisa holds a graduate degree in Sociology from American University and has continued her professional development through NTL, the Strozzi Institute, Wendy Palmer's Leadership Embodiment program, The Art of Transformational Consulting, The Embodied Social Justice Certificate Program, and many others. Lisa is also certified in several self assessment instruments.
