Lorri Manasse

Lorri Manasse, Ph.D., PCC Lorri Manasse has more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, organization development, and change management. Lorri has coached more than 300 leaders across a wide range of commercial organizations, government agencies and social justice organizations. She coaches executives world-wide for the Agency for International Development and has worked on site with USAID missions in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Leadership and change are recurring themes in Lorri’s career. For example, she was part of the design team for a leadership curriculum for a social justice organization. Lorri designed a front-line leadership program for a county government; designed a change leadership program for administrators of all 5 campuses of a state-wide university system. In addition to her own coaching and consulting practice, since 2004 Lorri has been adjunct faculty at the Federal Executive Institute (FEI), the US government’s premier leadership development training facility. Prior to coming to Washington as a Senior Policy Fellow of the Institute for Educational Leadership, Lorri designed and directed a community based education/rehabilitation program for juvenile felons in 13 sites throughout Los Angeles County. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Studies from University of Southern California, a Certificate in Business Administration from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania., BA and MA degrees from UCLA and Cal State Northridge. Lorri is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and is a member of the Board of Directors of ICF Metro DC chapter. She has taught at Georgetown University, George Mason University, University of Southern California, and UCLA.
