Rajelin Escondo (she/her or they/them) is a healing justice based Transition Facilitator, Coach, and Yoga & Meditation Instructor. As an immigrant mixed-race queer woman of color, Raj supports individuals and organizations in holding expansive spaces to vision, implement, and easefully transition. Raj guides her clients through personal, professional, and organizational transitions with purpose and compassion.Â
Raj assists clients in moving through theoretical frameworks into practice whether it's through organizational change, racial equity, or strategic planning. With a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA, and a praxis founded in liberatory social justice, equity, and inclusion, she weaves her time from previous professional spaces such as Rockwood Leadership Institute and the Multicultural Community Center at UC Berkeley to inform and nourish the movement ecosystem.
