Suzanne Pegas
She/Her
I come from a background rooted in education and restorative justice. My work includes facilitation/training, mediation, healing circles, community building, one on one and group coaching support. I can support you and your team to build trust to work towards shared visions. I have decades of experience facilitating groups with diverging interests, and in creating experiential learning opportunities for individuals and teams to discover their inherent wisdom. Over the course of my career I have served as a high school teacher, restorative justice practitioner, museum educator, interpretive park ranger in the National Park Service, housing and services advocate for the unhoused. I supported a small non-profit to unionize, and have been a member of SEIU. As a queer woman of Greek, Mexican, English, and German ancestry, I remain engaged in exploring the complexities, privileges, and liabilities of embodying Mexican ancestry and white skin privilege.
