Ann Colley
Dr. Colley is a Justice, Equity and Anti-Racism Consultant and Coach who has been working with communities and organizations to develop cultures of inclusivity, belonging with a racial justice lens. She is an adjunct professor, licensed psychotherapist, speaker and workshop leader with an extensive record of organization, leadership, and staff development.
Dr. Ann facilitates brave and courageous spaces that allow for the transformation and creation of cultures of belonging. The goal is the development of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills and resources to optimize external productivity for the benefit of self and others. Dr. Ann provides consulting in diversity, equity, inclusion, implicit bias, cultural humility and responsiveness, restorative justice, respect in the workplace, harassment, and management workshop initiatives. She provides strategic planning consulting and strategy retreats. Additionally, works with individuals and groups on Organizational, Leadership and Staff Development through coaching, to assist organizations in improving communication and developing psychologically safe and inclusive work environments. Dr. Ann’s passion and broad experiences help to develop a kinship with diverse clients. She brings a contagious energy, warmth, and optimism that stimulates learning through raising delicate issues in a way infused with humor and perspective that increases an environment for trying new ideas/behaviors.
