Christy Hawkins Davis

As a coach and consultant, Christy Hawkins Davis helps leaders, teams, and organizations elevate their thinking and deepen their impact. She brings sharp insight, a strong capacity for connection, and a thorough understanding of organizational and individual transformation. With 25 years of experience in and around the labor movement and progressive advocacy (including 10 years on SEIU staff) Christy honed skills as a campaigner and capacity builder and solidified her commitment to racial, economic, and social justice. Her background in communications provides a strong foundation for facilitation, planning, and process design projects. Christy holds certificates in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University and Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University as well as a BA in Public Communication from the American University. She lives in Washington, DC.
